These are important Terms and Conditions and you should carefully review them before using this site or making any booking
Legal Contract
Stella Travel Services (Australia) Pty Limited ABN (84 003 237 296) trading as Harvey World Travel, a licensed travel agent and member of the Travel Compensation Fund, Travel Agents Licence No NSW 2TA002558, ("Harvey World Travel", and "We"). Harvey World Travel includes its subsidiaries, related body corporates, associated entities and its franchised agents (if any)
"You" means any user of this site and includes any person who receives a Service (whether or not that Service was acquired by another person);
"Service" means making this site and any software associated with it available to you and providing a facility to enter into transactions with third parties, whose details and products and services appear on this site.
Using this Website
Using this website and the Service means you accept these terms and conditions. We may at any time modify these terms and conditions and the changes will come into effect once they are uploaded into this website. You acknowledge and agree that your continued use of this website is subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.
Agency and Third Party Providers
You acknowledge that: (a) we act as an agent for third party suppliers of all products and services contained on this site; (b) all information on this site relating to products and services of third parties do not form part of the Service; and (c) we are not responsible for, and make no warranty or representation about, third party suppliers, their products and services or information provided on this site about their products and services. Many suppliers impose their own special conditions for the various products and services they offer. For example, suppliers may have rules and restrictions about the use and availability of fares, products and services, refund and cancellation policies and the limitation or exclusion of liability for death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage to baggage. It is your responsibility to check the specific terms and conditions of each supplier before you acquire any product or service from them through this site.
Airway Conditions of Carriage
All flights bookings made on this website are subject to the Carrier's conditions of carriage.
Your Obligations and Warranties
In consideration of Harvey World Travel permitting you to use the Service, you warrant to us that: (a) you are at least 18 years old and have the power and authority to enter into a binding contract with us and with the suppliers of products and services that you acquire; (b) the information you provide us about yourself is true, accurate, current and complete (apart from any optional items) as required by any registration process; and (c) you will maintain and promptly update this information to keep it true, accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and are fully responsible for activities undertaken under your username and password (including where your account is used by another person), unless these activities arise due to our negligence or breach of these terms and conditions by us.
You must use the Service in accordance with these terms and conditions and must not use the Service in any way to breach any laws or defame anyone. You agree to indemnify us from and against all claims, actions, suits, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses, losses including consequential losses, whether arising directly or indirectly from the use of the Service by you or any person using the Service through any means provided to you.
Booking and Payment Terms
Availability
The products and services offered on this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice.
Online Booking
You may make bookings for travel services and products online at this site. All online bookings are processed by Best Flights Pty Limited. Any online booking is subject to these terms, the the booking terms and conditions of Best Flights Pty Limited and to the supplier's special conditions. You must have sufficient credit on your credit card account to meet all charges for product and services booked using your account through this site. If we do not receive payment of these charges from your credit card provider, you must pay us these charges. We reserve the right to revoke or suspend a password or username and the right to decline any booking for any individual on any tour or other service.
When making an online booking, you must enter details of each traveller correctly and according to their passport or other identification document. Some suppliers will deny carriage if the traveller's name varies from their booking and may cancel automatically if the traveller's name is amended. Harvey World Travel has no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the incorrect entry of a traveller's name or as a result of the carrier's policies.
An online booking requires payment in full at the time of making the booking. In some instances, payment for international tickets can be made or taken after the online booking process is completed.
Any travel booking made with Harvey World Travel is subject to your credit card approval for the transaction. If your credit card is not approved, we will contact you but accept no responsibility for any costs incurred in the event we are unable to contact you.
Prices featured on the online booking engine are for online booking only and may differ if you proceed to book your flight over the phone or through a Harvey World Travel agent. Most Harvey World Travel agents are independently owned and they may impose additional terms and conditions and the prices charged by them may be different to the prices available on this Website.
Booking Via our Call Centre
We are not responsible for any changes made by a supplier to the balance due date and prices are not guaranteed until payment has been made in full and documents have been processed.
Your Credit Card Details
We reserve the right to pass on your credit card details, and any other essential booking details, to a third party supplier who may charge your card directly for all or part of your booking payment. For details of how we collect and use your personal information, please view our Privacy Policy.
In some instances, you may be required to provide verification documentation to substantiate identity. This is to assist us in validating the integrity of the credit card information. This process is in place to reduce the potential risk of fraud. If we are unable to contact the card holder to make such verification, we do not accept responsibility for any rebooking costs for missed ticketing deadlines. Under such circumstances, any bookings arrangements will be cancelled.
If, for any reason, any travel service provider (including airlines) do not provide the products or service which you have contracted to acquire, the liability is against the provider only and not against us. If payment for such a product or service was made to Harvey World Travel by credit card, by accepting these booking conditions, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your credit card payment to Harvey World Travel.
Changes to Your Flight Times
It is your responsibility to contact the airline prior to departure to ensure there is no change to the scheduled departure time.
Passports, Visas and Health Requirements
Visas, including transit visas, are the passenger's own responsibility. For more information please log on to: www.dfat.gov.au or www.smarttraveller.gov.au. Please check with the respective Embassy or Consulate of each country that you are travelling to, as many destinations require visas for both Australians and non Australian passport holders. For more information, log on to www.visalink.com.au. You need to ensure that you have at least 6 months validity on your passport from the date of your departure.
International travellers booked on flights to the United States, including Hawaii, it is now mandatory, under the Visa Waiver Program to receive an electronic authorisation known as ETSA (Electronic System for Travel Authorisation) no less than 72 hours before travel to the USA. This can be obtained from the following site: www.cbp.gov/etsa.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destinations. Vaccinations are strongly recommended for certain destinations. You need to contact your local doctor who will advise you of these requirements. Please note that vaccinations may be recommended some period in advance of travelling.
Frequent Flyer Customers
We do not offer advice on Frequent Flyer eligibility on flights that we advertise on our site or that you have booked. For more information on whether your airfare is eligible for Frequent Flyer rewards, you must contact the airline directly. When booking online, you must ensure that you have entered your correct number in the special section feature in the booking engine. For Call Centre bookings, you must give your consultant your Frequent Flyer details and these will be put into your reservation. Harvey World Travel does not accept responsibility if your airline does not register your trip. You must retain your air ticket and boarding pass.
Ticketing
For international and domestic departure, e-tickets will be issued upon payment and completion of the booking process. In some instances, Harvey World Travel may not be able to issue an e-ticket on the flights or fares selected. Bookings that cannot be issued as an e-ticket, will have to be changed to comply with e-ticket regulations, a consultant from Harvey World Travel will contact you to advise of alternative options. All other travel documentation, such as hotel, car hire, transfer and tour vouchers will be e-mailed to you as an e-document. Should the travel provider issue paper vouchers, these will be posted to you no later than 14 days prior to departure.
Booking with a Low Cost Carrier ("LCC")
In 2006 Low Cost Carriers offered a total of 550 million seats on nearly 4 million flights which represented 17% of the total number of seats on offer worldwide. As you can see these figures represent a significant share of the Air Travel Market, and their market share is set to increase hugely in the coming years as a result of the fantastic prices on offer.

If you have booked with any of these airlines and you wish to amend or cancel your booking, you MUST contact the airline directly on the featured phone numbers.
These airlines usually keep their costs low by not including extra services like meals, entertainment, check-in baggage etc; however in many cases these can be purchased prior to departure, at the airport or on-board your flight.
Harvey World Travel recommends that you contact your Low Cost Carrier directly at least 72 hours prior to departure of each flight to reconfirm.
Low Cost Carriers reserve the right to charge Credit Card merchant fees additionally to the airfare and taxes displayed. Credit Card merchant fees applied by the airline directly will be charged additionally to your credit card upon confirmation of your booking.
Bookings made on Low Cost Carriers in some instances do not include a check-in baggage allowance. Check-in baggage allowances included in the fare purchased will be listed on your booking confirmation from the airline. Please contact the airline directly if you require to increase your check-in baggage limit. Baggage fees may be charged by the airline or at the airport for any additional requirements and are non-refundable once purchased.
Please note that most airlines treat name changes and route and/or itinerary alterations as FULL CANCELLATION and can incur full cancellation charges.
All worldwide airlines charge amendment and cancellation fees. Best Flights will not take any responsibility for any clients who do not take out fully comprehensive insurance cover when booking to cover any eventualities.
Payments processed in foreign currency (currency other than the original card holders country of issue), may incur a currency conversion fee. Please refer to your financial institution for applicable fees.
Prices featured on the Best Flights search engine are in Australian dollars (AUD) based on the current daily rate of exchange, final payments and statements may differ from the amount shown due to currency conversion fluctuations.
Fees and Charges
Our Fees and Charges
We may charge a fee for making a booking on your behalf. You acknowledge that we may receive a commission from suppliers for bookings made on your behalf. We reserve the right to charge administrative fees for payments made by credit card. These changes range from 2-4% dependent on what credit card issuer is utilised.
Booking Amendment Charges, Cancellation/Amendment Fees
Once full payment has been made, we reserve the right to charge cancellation or amendment fees to cover our administration costs. This fee is in addition to any charged levied by the supplier. Please note that the conditions for some services, particularly airfares, may not permit refunds. If we are obliged to cancel your travel arrangements or booking for any reason, our liability will be limited to a refund of all monies paid by you less any cancellation fees charged by us and the supplier and subject to the supplier's terms and conditions.
No refunds will be made for unused services, regardless of the reason. In the event of returning a car early, the operator may provide you with a statement showing the amount of unused service. This figure is for domestic taxation purposes and does not mean a refund for the amount will be made. Where refunds for unused services are allowed (e.g. for Go-as-you-please accommodation vouchers), a service fee will be charged against the value of the refund. Please ensure that, when requesting a refund, you enclose copies of all relevant documentation.
Currency
All pricing on this site is reflected in Australian Dollars unless otherwise specifically denoted on the screen
Our Liability to You is Limited
Certain statutory warranties under consumer protection laws will be implied for the benefit of consumers. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude or restrict the application of such laws but Harvey World Travel does not give any guarantees or warranties or make any representation of any kind, express or implied, with respect to use of this website or the Service outside these laws.
Subject to claims available under consumer protection laws, Harvey World Travel is not liable to you or anyone else (including for negligence, breach of contract or tort) for any loss or damage (including specific, indirect, consequential or economic loss) however caused and which is suffered directly or indirectly in connection with the:
· use of (or inability to use) this Website, the Service or any linked site;
· disruption to this Website or the Service;
· the delivery or non-delivery of products or services acquired by using the Service; and
· any act or omission of suppliers or third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harvey World Travel excludes all liability for direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, lost profits or savings or damages for disappointment. Our liability for a breach of a condition or warranty implied by law or otherwise, and which cannot be excluded, is limited to the extent possible, at our option to the supply of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the service supplied again.
